Committees

Northern Suburbs Housing Co-operative Inc. is completely self managed.

The Co-operative has established a number of committees which meet on a regular monthly basis to conduct the business of the Co-operative.

Meetings usually commence at 10.00am at the co-operative’s office.

Administration Committee

Usually meets the 2nd Tuesday in the Month.

Finance Committee

Usually meets the 2nd Thursday in the Month.

Management Committee

Usually meets the 3rd Tuesday in the Month.

Maintenance and Appeals Committee (MAAC)

Usually meets the 1st Wednesday in the Month.

Tenant Committee

Usually meets the 3rd Monday in the Month.
