Charity Status

The Co-operative welcomes donations to support our work providing accommodation to seniors.

Northern Suburbs Housing Co-operative Inc. is endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). This means that donations can be made to the Co-operative that are tax deductible to the donor. Donations are tax deductible under Item 1 of Section30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act.
