The organisers of the Garage Sale deserve a “pat on the back” for a very successful Garage Sale.

The weather was perfect and there were lots of bargains to be found, along with the assortment of home made produce and the “Sausage Sizzle”.

The co-op will be conducting a Garage Sale.

When: Saturday, 17th November 2007, commencing at 8.00am

Where: The Carpark in Straun Avenue, Prospect

What’s On Sale

There will also be a sausage sizzle and drinks available.

All proceeds go to the Northern Suburbs Housing Co-op Tenant Group.

The co-operative has conducted a Rent Review following the CPI adjustment to Centrelink and Veterans Affairs payments.

Centrelink, Veterans Affairs and Members have been advised of the new rents which will apply from 17 November 2007.
